Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free within New Zealand. Orders are sent by courier 1-2 day delivery , unless to a rural address which make take 1-2 days longer.

Overnight shipping is available for a $10 courier fee. Your parcel will be sent with Courier Post. For rural addresses, add a day to deliver times. If parcel is very large it may be 2 days to South Island addresses.

Shipping to Australia incurs a $15 NZD fee which is added at checkout. Orders are sent on a 2-6 day courier service. Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs checks are outside of La Marca’s control.

Customers will be sent a tracking link for their order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. La Marca will ship to the address supplied by the customer and cannot be held liable if the address supplied is not correct.

Orders are generally shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) if an order is received before noon NZT Monday to Friday or it will be send the next working day.

International Shipping

Orders to countries outside New Zealand and Australia incur a $50 shipping fee. La Marca reserves the right to alter this fee if an order is unusually large or heavy, e.g, contains a number of bags.

La Marca will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options and costs, should this arise.

All orders will be sent insured and with tracking. Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs checks are outside of La Marca’s control.

 

Returns Information

If you wish to return an item please make contact within 14 days of purchase to sales@lamarca.co.nz to start the return process.

Returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unmarked and in saleable condition.

If you wish to make an exchange please include this information in your returns request.

Returns due to ‘change of mind’ are at the customer’s expense and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is carefully packed ( to avoid damage in transit) and sent using a tracked service. This is also in the customer’s interest to ensure the parcel arrives.

Once received, the item will be checked and the customer will be contacted to arrange an exchange, credit or refund.

 

Because La Marca bags are handcrafted this can mean slight variations may occur between bags.

If you believe there is a fault with a bag please email us at sales@lamarca.co.nz within 7 days of purchase.

 

La Marca abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If a fault is found this will be remedied through repair, replacement or refund at the discretion of La Marca.
